The CoWorking People series showcases the member companies of Crazy Town.
Diverse daily life in finance and administration
Jenni Mannila, known as Vouditar, works as a versatile expert in finance and administration in Hämeenlinna. Her job includes bookkeeping, board work, operational audits, and tasks as an audit assistant. Additionally, she is currently preparing a new business coaching service.
A long shared history with Crazy Town
Jenni has been a member of Crazy Town for almost her entire entrepreneurial career, first joining in 2017. She has worked with several of her companies at CT – sometimes in Tampere, sometimes in Hämeenlinna, sometimes in accounting, and sometimes in property management. Although there have been interruptions, her return to the community has always happened naturally.
“CT is a bit like Hotel California for me: You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.”

Strength and space for growth from the community
For solo entrepreneurs, CT has provided not only representative spaces but also an important work community. Jenni has surrounded herself with people with whom to share the successes of everyday life and entrepreneurship. Community spirit has been evident, for example, in the Friday afternoons in Tampere, where the week’s successes were celebrated – and those memories have lived on.
New company, new winds
At the beginning of 2025, Jenni started her current business, bringing with it a suitable enthusiasm for new endeavors. Currently, the biggest question is managing time between different services and tasks. The company’s goals are clear and practical: a suitable number of clients who are pleasant and whose matters can be handled just as well as desired.
How Jenni can help other CT members
Jenni offers a wide range of expert services:
- Bookkeeping and accounting services

- Tax planning
- Board expertise, especially in housing companies
If your housing company needs additional strength in the board – or if the shareholders’ meeting is approaching – it’s worth contacting Jenni.
