Jarmo Vesterinen works as an HR expert at Faktia Oy Jobpari, where he focuses particularly on staffing in the Hämeenlinna and Riihimäki areas. Faktia offers training, coaching, and recruitment services, such as recruitment training, permit and card training, as well as staffing. The company’s operations are closely linked to educational institutions, and the main office is located within the facilities of the Forssa vocational institute. In the Hämeenlinna area, Jarmo collaborates with the Hyria educational institution, where he can be met on Tuesdays.
Crazy Town brings community and networking
Jarmo joined the Hämeenlinna Crazy Town community in February 2023. Since Faktia is part of the Lounais-Häme education consortium and most of his colleagues work in Forssa, Crazy Town provides him with a meaningful work community in Hämeenlinna. Additionally, the central location and abundant event offerings bring networking opportunities and a sense of community.
Faktia supports employers and job seekers
Faktia is currently doing well, and the company wants to share the good forward. The recently launched Help Harmias campaign aims to promote good jobs for everyone. Staffing has picked up, and there is a record number of summer job openings available. On the other hand, the uncertainty of the economic situation poses challenges for many sectors, but Faktia is actively working to support employers and job seekers in a changing environment.
The goal is growth and increased visibility
The future goal is to increase Faktia’s visibility and foothold in the Hämeenlinna area. During the spring, Jobpari will be visible and audible in newspapers and on the radio, supporting the company’s growth plans. The year 2025 has started off vigorously, and the aim is continuous development both financially and in terms of customer satisfaction. The work in staffing and training is ongoing, keeping everyday life interesting and dynamic.
