Promotion trip to Japan – Partnership table with Mitsubishi and Regenerative Community Tokyo

Lahti Region Development LADEC Ltd, together with Japanese partners Mitsubishi Estate Company and Regenerative Community Tokyo, invites a select group of Finnish companies to a high-level networking event in Tokyo on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The event is aimed at companies operating in the fields of sports, wellness, or sustainable development looking for new avenues for internationalization.

Crazy Town is involved in organizing the trip.

Why join?

We offer the opportunity to explore the Japanese market and create valuable contacts with local players. In addition to the event, we will tailor bilateral meetings and targeted programs for participating companies from Tuesday to Friday, September 16–19 – based on your company’s needs.

The trip is self-funded, meaning each traveler will book their own flights and accommodation. You will have free access to LADEC’s and our partners’ extensive networks in Japan, which will help ensure that your visit brings you concrete benefits. We will assist in opening doors to discussion tables, deepening contacts, and turning these into tangible business opportunities.

Please note that Monday, September 15, is an official holiday in Japan, so the actual program will begin on Tuesday.

More information about the partnership between Lahti Sports Hub and Tokyo

Lahti Sports Hub has long been building strategic partnerships in Asia, and the current global situation has made Asia an even more interesting partner. Collaboration in Japan has previously been done with, among others, Dentsu’s Sports Tech Tokyo, aiming to assist both Finnish and Japanese companies and communities by providing a practical pathway for bringing sports technology and wellness innovations to the Japanese market.

Crazy Town has been a partner of Lahti Sports Hub since 2020.

Mitsubishi Estate and its developed Regenerative Community Tokyo focus on comprehensive solutions for sustainable development and urban planning. One of their key objectives is to increase international R&D and business activity in collaboration with global players. Currently, they are particularly interested in Nordic solutions related to well-being, sports, and sustainability.

Lahti Sports Hub acts as a bridge between these parties – helping to bring stakeholders to the same negotiating table and promoting the emergence of concrete partnerships.
