Cancellation policy for meeting rooms: Cancellations made 48 hours or earlier are free of charge, cancellations made 48–24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee. Note! The reservation calendar shows prices excluding VAT until the last reservation request stage.
