She is a coach and co-developer who wants to make shared leadership a reality in everyday life. Bondauttaja Oy was born two years ago out of a passion to create work communities where people bond – both with themselves and with each other – and can thus tackle the wicked challenges of our time.

Anna has researched and developed this approach for over ten years. She has seen that sustainable change occurs when people recognize their own strengths and the direction of the organization is clear and shared.

Bondauttaja’s toolbox is concrete: situation mapping, co-development workshops, testing new operational models, and strengthening people’s skills.

Crazy Town – a Community that Supports Vitality
When Anna founded Bondauttaja, she immediately knew where she wanted to operate: in Crazy Town, Jyväskylä.
“When I came here, it felt like I had come home,” Anna says. Crazy Town is above all a mental space where ideas and people unite into a force for change. Here, an entrepreneur is not alone – there is always someone to spar with, test ideas, or find a new collaboration partner.
One of the most significant moments in Crazy Town occurred last fall when Anna helped its leadership team transition towards shared leadership. Team-oriented leadership is part of CT’s DNA. This step feels like a natural continuation for a pioneer that already lives and breathes collaboration.

Bondauttaja – for companies ready for change
The year 2024 brought a shift in focus: Bondauttaja is now concentrating even more on coaching community-driven leadership rather than communication.
Many organizations want to strengthen this operational model but lack concrete support for implementing the change. This is where Bondauttaja steps in – helping companies take the next step towards shared leadership and a new work culture.
Change is not limited to organizations. Community-driven leadership and sustainable development go hand in hand. That’s why Bondauttaja has been involved in establishing the Jyväskylä IDG Hub. This open group supports sustainable development from the inside out and is part of the international Inner Development Goals initiative, which supports the UN’s sustainable development goals.
As people grow, so do companies and communities. And that’s when real, sustainable change occurs.
