Alatori is a versatile, open event space that is easily accessible directly from Kauppakatu. The space has been used for lectures, trade fairs, birthday parties, and Christmas parties. Alatori can be booked separately or together with other spaces. The Showroom space is automatically included in the booking.
Crazy Town's Ylätori is suitable for meetings, information events, or other corporate events – but it has also been successfully used for private parties, from birthdays to weddings. The Ylätori event space has direct access from Kauppalaispiha.
The Learning Cafe is particularly suitable for relaxed group work, breakfast or cocktail events, training sessions, or even more festive private events for up to 50 people. The space has been successfully used for birthday parties and corporate team days.
The showroom is conveniently located along the pedestrian street in downtown Jyväskylä and is suitable for many different purposes: cocktail parties, art exhibitions, or even pop-up stores.
Crazy Town Pendolino's bright and cozy 40-person Learning Corner, located in the west corner of the 5th floor, is suitable for a variety of activities thanks to its movable furniture.
The Learning Corner is particularly suitable for relaxed group work, breakfast or cocktail events, training sessions, or even more festive private events for up to 40 people. The space has been successfully used for launch events, team days, and Christmas parties.
The lobby area of Crazy Town Pendolino is suitable for casual gatherings, lectures, or launch events. The lobby is part of the Crazy Town expert community, so the space cannot be completely closed off.
The 40-person event space has also been used for lectures, information sessions, meetings, trade fairs, birthday parties, and Christmas parties.
Hämeenlinna Event Center is the city's most popular venue for corporate events, located in the heart of Hämeenlinna, along the Reska pedestrian street.
Tori is part of the Crazy Town and Park expert community, so the space cannot be completely closed off. The event space, which can accommodate 40–80 people, has also been used for lectures, information sessions, meetings, trade fairs, birthday parties, and Christmas parties.
All event venue reservations include cleaning, which is taken into account in the pricing. For more information about additional services, please send a venue reservation request via the reservation calendar. Event venue cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are free of charge, cancellations made 48–24 hours in advance are charged 50%, and cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 100%. Meeting Hub Tampere has five different meeting rooms, a shared area, a catering-friendly kitchen, and a stylish event space called Learning Corner. All the rooms are equipped with top-notch tech and have awesome views over the rooftops of downtown Tampere.
In addition to the facilities, the service can be combined with corporate event production, in which case Crazy Town's Growth and Innovation Team will assist in facilitating the event, organizing workshops, or even implementing hackathons.
