Crazy Town operates as the facility manager for EriCa. We are responsible for shared facilities and laboratories, community development, and ecosystem operations.
In addition to green chemistry and sustainable development companies, the community is open to business developers, startups offering digital solutions, financiers, investors, and anyone else seeking strength from the community. Cooperation with educational institutions, universities, and research institutes offers new paths for developing expertise.
Crazy Town Erica offers versatile office space in Espoo and laboratory facilities for various companies. Options range from flexible coworking environments to fully equipped offices and shared laboratories. Companies have access to state-of-the-art office space with sea views for hybrid working, as well as a unique research and development environment. Use is based on a flexible monthly fee with no long-term commitment, and also allows for project-based use of the facilities.

EriCa is part of theGreen Linecluster of expertise in green chemistry, circular economy, and clean technology being built along the West Metro line. Its neighbors include the Otaniemi innovation and startup incubator. EriCa's anchor user,Kemira, will locate its research center in the building.
