At EriCa Green Chemistry Park in Espoo, ambitious growth companies, experts and research and education institutions are creating a better world through sustainable solutions.
We helped to establish a green transition and chemistry innovation centre in Espoo that will open in autumn 2025. We designed the services, operating model, shared facilities and started building the community. Now we are also the operator - responsible for the operation of the space, the community and the growth of the business.
In cooperation with the City of Hämeenlinna, the development company Linnan Kehantie, OP Etelä-Häme and local actors, an entrepreneurship and business centre has been built. We were involved in creating the concept, the service model from the very beginning. Crazy Town is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Park and the maintenance of the community.

We operate in six locations and have a community of over 400 organisations, including businesses, educational institutions, developer networks and growth companies. We organise dozens of accelerator programmes and innovation events every year. Collaboration is key to us, and more than 80% of our members collaborate with each other.
Our activities are divided into two main areas: consulting and operations. In consulting, we work with the client to define the purpose and target groups of the community or space, design the services, use and branding of the space, build partnerships and an ecosystem, and create a revenue model that serves the owner, potential operator, users and partners. In operations, we can take overall responsibility for running the space: building and maintaining the community, sourcing users and partners, managing day-to-day operations and services, and organising events and programmes. We are also responsible for the use of the facilities, digital solutions and management. We can either operate the entire facility or integrate it into our wider network.
