I participated in a growth program organized by Crazy Town aimed at (growth-oriented) companies called Finest Love. The growth program lasted about a year during which I developed my business further. The idea of Finest Love is to give a new boost to the company, but for me, it was also an educational journey from the perspective of business development.
The need and starting point of the growth program
My company has been in existence for ten years, and all that time, the work has been part-time entrepreneurship. I originally founded Isberg Design for two reasons. I couldn’t find work in my field and wanted to maintain my skills in some way. Starting a business was the only option at that point.
As early as 2014, invoicing my own work was easy. An account with Eezy.fi and invoicing could begin. Through Eezy, I was also able to market my work, and from there, I got my first subcontracting job. However, the work was not very goal-oriented.
Fast forward ten years. My entrepreneurship is still at the same level as when I started. I have lacked the courage and means to do something about it. In the winter of 2024, an opportunity arose to bring some sense to my business operations. The chance to participate in the growth program Finest Love organized by Crazy Town and Keuda.

The promise of the growth program
The promise of the growth program was love for growth-oriented companies, and indeed, love was shared. Fortunately, I had a fantastic mentor by my side, Senni Ringman, whose own experience and insights also advanced my activities. I also received great tips from the program leaders Mikko Korpela and Toni Pienonen, as well as peer support from other members of the growth program.
So, one can say that Finest Love delivered on its promise. Initially, I couldn’t even think of all the ways I could get help, but now the vision is clearer than ever.

Putting the program’s lessons into practice
I gained clarity regarding my products, sales model, and time management from the Finest Love growth program. Through the development efforts, I know how to stand out from my competition and where to focus my sales and whom I really want to help.
My company’s vision also evolved during the training, and it goes like this: âImagine a world where brands are personal and playful, not boring.â I want to shake up companies in traditional fields and challenge their outdated corporate images. A perfect place to stand out.
But I also need to stand out myself. I need to do things strongly in my own way. Especially social media is filled with similar content. During the growth program, I gained a plan for social media engagement and content planning, as well as ways to focus only on specific channels.

The Finest Love growth program helped me tremendously on my entrepreneurial journey. I can warmly recommend this growth program to other entrepreneurs as well. For those who have been involved for a long time or for those who are just starting their activities. It certainly took my business to the next level.
P.S. my friend Akseli Plane was also part of the Finest Love program and he established the Moi Cast podcast studio in the center of JyvÀskylÀ at Crazy Town during the program. He has been an invaluable support on the entrepreneurial path.
In conclusion, hereâs my most important lesson from the training program:
âbe boldly who you are, for only then can you stand out.â
