In the facilities of EriCa Green Chemistry Park in Espoo, ambitious growth companies, experts, and research and educational institutions create a better world through sustainable solutions.
We helped establish a green transition and chemistry innovation center in Espoo, which will open in the fall of 2025. We designed the services, operational model, shared spaces, and started building the community. Now we also operate as an operator â we are responsible for the operation of the space, the community, and the growth of companies.

Built in collaboration with the city of HÀmeenlinna, the development company Linnan Kehitys, OP EtelÀ-HÀme, and local actors, an entrepreneurship and business life center. We were involved in creating the concept and service model from the ground up. Crazy Town is responsible for the daily operation of the Park and the maintenance of the community.

We operate in five locations and our community includes over 400 organizations, including companies, educational institutions, developer networks, and growth companies. We organize dozens of accelerator programs and innovation events annually. Collaboration is central to us, and over 80% of our members collaborate.
Our operations are divided into two main areas: consulting and operations. In consulting, we define together with the client the purpose of the community or space and its target groups, design the services, space usage, and brand, build partnerships and the ecosystem, and create a revenue model that serves the owner, potential operator, users, and partners. In operations, we can take full responsibility for managing the space: we build and maintain the community, acquire users and partners, take care of daily operations and services, and organize events and programs. We also manage the use of the spaces, digital solutions, and administration. We can operate either the entire space or integrate the space into our broader network.
