Tervetuloa juhlimaan Crazy Town Pendoliinon avajaisia Tampereella 14.11.2025.
Syyskuussa 2025 avautunut uusi Tampereen yksikkömme kokoaa yhteen yrittäjät, osaajat ja organisaatiot, jotka haluavat kasvaa ja tehdä töitä yhteisöllisesti. Nyt on aika nostaa malja tälle uudelle etapille ja juhlia sitä, mitä yhdessä rakentamalla saadaan aikaan: kasvua, verkostoja, inspiraatiota ja ennen kaikkea hyvää meininkiä.
Avajaispäivä tarjoaa inspiraatiota, verkostoitumista, uusia oivalluksia ja tietenkin ripauksen Crazy Town -henkistä juhlatunnelmaa.
🚀 Inspiraation iltapäivä: klo 12–16
Tule verkostoitumaan, oppimaan ja inspiroitumaan muiden tekijöiden kanssa – ja samalla tutustumaan vasta valmistuneisiin coworking tiloihimme sekä Meeting Hub kokous- ja tapahtumatila kokonaisuuteen. Iltapäivän aikana voit hypätä mukaan useisiin mielenkiintoisiin sessioihin: keskustelupaneeleista verkostojen tapaamisiin. Iltapäivän ohjelma täsmentyy lähipäivien aikana – mutta voimme taata, että haluat olla paikalla!
12:30–14:00 Prompting workshop (eng)
In this workshop, we will introduce the fundamentals of prompting (zero-shot prompting), then we will move on to advanced prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, role-based prompting, RAG) and in the end there will be an hands-on session, where participants can learn using their own laptops. Bring your own device!
Workshop is hosted by Tampere University GPT-Lab experts Johannes Määttä, José Siqueira de Cerqueira and Chalisa Veesommai Sillberg.

Keskustelemassa mm. yrittäjä ja viestinnän ammattilainen Jones Häkkinen sekä Crazy Townin Mikko Markkanen.
15:15 Tutkimus ja innovaatiot kasvun avaimina – miten kätilöidään yhteistyötä?
Millainen ekosysteemi voi auttaa yrityksiä kasvuun? Miksi juuri missään ei ole ollut kasvua vuosikymmeneen? Mitä pitäisi tehdä toisin tai minkä tekeminen pitäisi lopettaa? Keskustelemassa mm. Harri Kulmala (Dimecc), Ville Kairamo (Demola), Toni Pienonen ja Tommi Uitti (Crazy Town).

Welcome to celebrate the opening of Crazy Town Pendoliino in Tampere on November 14, 2025.
Our new Tampere location, which opened its doors in September 2025, brings together entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations who want to grow and work together. Discussion about the finances of a specialist company and the everyday life of financial management. What is the most painful and difficult part of this? And how will artificial intelligence change everything? The discussion will be led by Jani Karhunen from RISE Technologies.

Who do you know, who knows you? What can you get with social capital and what can’t you use it for? How do you build social capital? Discussing, among others, entrepreneur and communications professional Jones Häkkinen and Crazy Town’s Mikko Markkanen.
15:15 Research and innovation as the keys to growth – how to midwife collaboration?
