Still prompting AI with ”please do everything for me”? There’s a better way. This hands-on workshop takes you from passive vibe coding to intentional, structured agentic development using Claude Code.
We’ll kick off with a crash course on getting Claude Code running — through a subscription, a local model with Ollama, or your own cloud LLM API — and then moving past generic AI prompting toward a workflow you actually understand and control.
We’ll cover sub-agents, custom skills, loops, planning mode, phased implementation with parallel agents, and testing with custom test runners. Each concept builds toward a single project that you’ll put together piece by piece throughout the session.
Format: ~30 min presentation + ~30 min guided hands-on, interleaved throughout + optionally 30 min after work discussions.
