Privacy policy

We process personal data concerning you. When submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you are automatically added to our mailing list if you do not say otherwise. You have the right to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Your data is safe with us, however, if you wish to delete all of it, we are obliged to do so. We are also obligated to remove your data after 6 months of inactivity due to international GDPR law. You can at any time ask for the information stored about you. We process your information to take care of customer relations and to market our services. Data processing depends on the customer group you’re in.

Crazy Town’s member / customer

We process your data for the purpose of fulfilling contractual agreements related to customer relationship management. This includes communication related to our services, newsletters, and updates. The legal basis for processing personal data in this context is our contractual relationship.

The processing also includes processing of personal data prior to entering into a contract, if it is done at your request. For example when we prepare a quotation and negotiate a contract. We may also use your information to market additional services to you. The related processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest. However, you have the right to object using your data for direct marketing by contacting us. Please use the contact information provided above or use the opt-out option provided in direct marketing messages or newsletters.

Crazy Town’s potential customer

We process your data for marketing purposes including newsletters, advertisements, and other direct contacts via phone, text message, email, or social media services. However, if you are a consumer, we won’t store your user data for no more than 6 months.

Crazy Town’s potential business partner

We process your data to manage our business relationship. The processing of data is based on our partnership agreement.

We process your data for marketing purposes, including newsletters, advertisements, and other direct contacts via phone, text message, email, or social media services. We will only use your data for direct marketing if you have given consent, for example, by filling out a contact form on our website or subscribing to a newsletter.

Primarily we receive information provided by you, for example, through a contact form on our website or other personal interactions. Providing personal data is a prerequisite for establishing and managing a customer relationship. In other words, you cannot subscribe to our services without providing your personal data. If you are a representative of a potential customer or a business decision-maker, we may gather your information publicly available online, for example, from your company’s website.

Third parties do not have independent rights to use the information we provide to them for purposes beyond the scope of our instructions. We ensure that all our service providers to whom we disclose your information comply with data protection laws.

We do not transfer or share your information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy.

We never sell your information to anyone.

How long do we keep your information?

We retain your information in accordance with GDPR regulations for a maximum of 180 days, after which your information will be deleted unless you indicate otherwise. You can request the deletion of your information from the registry through the unsubscribe link provided in every marketing message we send or by sending a request via email to: info@crazytown.fi or niklas.isberg@crazytown.fi. We will delete the information immediately upon receiving the request.

How do we protect your information?
